Our Quality Assurance (QA) program at American is one of the best in the industry; our QA procedures have held up under the scrutiny of some of the most stringent state, federal, and commercial approval programs in the country. Our QA department staff consists of senior technical personnel, all with undergraduate degrees, and each with more than twenty years of practical laboratory experience.

In accordance with NELAP requirements, American's QA staff routinely conduct system audits. These audits apply specific audit methods, evaluates audit findings, and report these findings to laboratory management. Senior management assesses the effectiveness of the quality management controls and the adequacy of resources available to achieve and assure them.
