you call us for an expedited turnaround time (TAT) we tell
you up front what we can do depending on the workload we
have in-house at that time. We feel it is important
for us to be honest and tell you about our current capacity
rather than it is for us to just say “yes.” Many
of our clients come to us after other laboratories have
failed on quick TAT or difficult analyses and often wished
they had begun with us.
